These are featured suburbs, not our full stocklist. Much of our portfolio is offered off-market through the licensed agents appointed to sell each project, so it never reaches the major listing portals and does not appear on any website, including this one. If the suburb you want is not below, ask. It is a short conversation and we would rather tell you what is actually available than have you assume from a page.
Where else we work
The suburbs below have their own guides. These do not, and we represent stock in all of them.
- Western growth corridor. Tarneit, Truganina, Wyndham Vale and Rockbank, and further west through to Geelong, which is its own city rather than a Melbourne suburb and is priced accordingly.
- Northern growth corridor. Mickleham and Sunbury, alongside Craigieburn and Epping.
- South eastern growth corridor. Clyde, Berwick and Officer, where the Princes Freeway and the Pakenham line shape most of the demand.
- Established eastern and inner northern suburbs. Blackburn, Box Hill and Alphington. Mature amenity, strong school zones and rail already in place, which is a different proposition from a new estate and usually a different buyer.
- Melbourne CBD. Premium apartments in the city itself, where the decision turns on the building and the outlook rather than the postcode.
Availability changes constantly and much of it is off-market, so treat this as a map of where we operate rather than a list of what is for sale today. Ask and we will tell you what is actually available.
Buying off the plan is not one decision. It is a different decision in each suburb, because the property type changes what you are taxed, how you are financed, what can go wrong and what you should be checking before you sign.
