Who we share it with

Our enquiry form is processed by Formspree, which stores submissions on servers in the United States. Where the law requires or permits, we may also disclose information to regulators such as AUSTRAC.
Identity verification and anti-money laundering
Nobilis Property Group (The Trustee for Integrity Holdings Family Trust) is enrolled with AUSTRAC as a reporting entity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006. To meet these obligations we collect and verify identity information before providing our services, such as your name, date of birth, residential address and identity documents. We keep these records securely for seven years as the law requires, and we may disclose information to AUSTRAC where the law requires or permits.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
